Troubleshoot and validate communication circuits per IEEE, ITU, TIA, ISO, and FTIs specifications.
Manage service disconnects throughout the established Network/CPE via program processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams and external providers to resolve implementation and acceptance issues.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Intermediate level experience troubleshooting IP network configurations (CCNAs or equivalent).
Domain knowledge of TCP/IP, DMVPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EIGRP, HSRP, IS-IS, LDP, PIM, MSDP, and Ethernet.
Experience with network vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, or RAD.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database modeling software such as MetaSolv.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical procedures.
Capability to obtain a security clearance.
Willingness to support flexible work schedules, including 2nd or 3rd shift rotations.
