Description

Role Description:

We are looking for a data-driven Network Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver enterprise-scale network infrastructure projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical network engineering teams and executive leadership. The candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery of network migrations, hardware rollouts, and connectivity initiatives, while leveraging Tableau and Advanced Excel to transform network operational metrics into clear, actionable executive insights.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Network Project Planning & Delivery
  2. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise network initiatives (e.g., LAN/WAN/SD-WAN upgrades, cloud network connectivity, firewall refreshes, data center deployments).
  3. Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, risk registers, and resource allocations.
  4. Partner closely with Network Engineers, Architects, Telecom providers, and vendor partners to ensure on-time, within-budget implementation.
  5. Analytics, Data Visualization & Reporting
  6. Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize network performance metrics, SLA compliance, project burn-downs, and infrastructure capacity trends.
  7. Perform advanced data modeling and quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, index/match, Power Query, advanced formulas).
  8. Automate recurring status reporting and translate raw technical logs/telemetry into strategic summaries for business leaders.
  9. Stakeholder Management & Communication
  10. Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering teams, third-party carriers/vendors, and C-level stakeholders.
  11. Lead steering committee meetings, sprint ceremonies/standups, and post-implementation reviews (PIRs).
  12. Deliver crisp executive presentations that articulate technical constraints, schedule impacts, and business ROI.
  13. Team Leadership & Problem Solving
  14. Apply strong people skills to motivate, guide, and remove blockers for cross-functional technical teams.
  15. Exercise structured decision-making and analytical thinking to triage project roadblocks, mitigate risks, and manage competing priorities under tight delivery timelines
