Description

Manage complex, large-scale network and telecommunications projects across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct contract operation support functions for IT projects serving over 30,000 users and 400 sites.
• Lead teams of contract support personnel across multiple geographic locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and maintain client interfaces at senior organizational levels.
• Formulate and review task plans and deliverable items with customers and contractor personnel.
• Ensure all program activities conform to established task schedules and costs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in LAN/WAN work and implementing large-scale systems.
• Proven experience in leadership roles within technology management.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Broad knowledge of unified communications, networking, and telecommunications.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Contact Center environments.
