Description

You will manage and oversee the Macro New Build Program from initiation through Real Estate Complete in the Northern CA/NV market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure milestone delivery.
• Measure project and vendor performance using client tools, dashboards, and trackers.
• Track and report forecasts, identifying risks to management to ensure goal completion.
• Host stakeholder meetings across cross-functional teams to drive deliverables and remove obstacles.
• Present program progress and high-priority project status to leadership clearly.

Required Skills

• Four or more years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of site acquisition process and telecommunications.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
• Experience managing vendor performance and creating scorecards.
• Ability to compile and interpret data to support organizational decision-making.
• Understanding of site-specific issues and broader impacting factors.
• Demonstrated organization, prioritization, and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using FUZE (including SPM, Real Estate Module, PO Module).
• Experience with Unefi and Qlik.
