Description

You will manage the SCCM solution for patch management and software asset management, maintaining primary, secondary, and distribution servers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary, secondary, and distribution servers while troubleshooting SCCM-related issues.
• Ensure agreed patching compliance across endpoints and servers.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of the SCCM infrastructure.
• Prepare Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for major incidents and generate reports on frequent issues.
• Maintain, update, and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Knowledge Base articles.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Expertise with SCCM and Intune environments.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration.
• Experience managing patch approvals, testing, and distributions.
• Ability to provide technical support and consultation for SCCM deployment.
• Experience with 24x7 monitoring of SCCM/Intune.
• Proven ability to resolve tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
