Description

This role focuses on designing, configuring, and maintaining security and governance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications and modules.
• Develop custom workflows, forms, questionnaires, calculations, and role-based access controls.
• Implement REST API and web service integrations with ITSM/CMDB platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and solution designs.
• Produce technical documentation and follow change management processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Network Security, GRC, or related field.
• Expert-level knowledge of RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration.
• Experience with RESTful integrations and web services.
• Strong understanding of GRC, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with ITSM, Web Services, and Restful integration concepts.
• Experience using JavaScript and jQuery for customizations.
• Familiarity with CMDB systems.
• Ability to work independently in structured, change-controlled environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
