Description

Design, implement, and maintain RSA Archer solutions for Assessment & Authorization, Controls Assurance, and Issues Management. Configure custom applications, workflows, and access controls. Integrate RESTful APIs with ServiceNow, ITSM, and CMDB systems. Write JavaScript and jQuery for client-side logic. Gather business requirements and produce technical documentation. Troubleshoot defects and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure RSA Archer applications, including forms, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Develop RESTful web services and API integrations with ServiceNow, ITSM, and CMDB platforms.
• Gather functional requirements and translate them into solution designs, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Implement client-side logic and validations using JavaScript and jQuery within Archer environments.
• Maintain technical documentation for system design, integration specifications, and testing results.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT security or risk management platforms.
• Expertise in RSA Archer configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery for web application development.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs with ServiceNow and other ITSM/CMDB tools.
• Ability to gather business requirements and create detailed technical specifications.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
