Description

Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications to support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure RSA Archer modules, including custom workflows, forms, and role-based access controls.
• Implement REST API and web service integrations with ITSM and CMDB platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and configurations.
• Develop customizations using JavaScript and jQuery.
• Produce technical documentation and adhere to change management processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Network Security, GRC, or related fields.
• Expert-level knowledge of RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration.
• Proficiency with RESTful integrations, web services, and ITSM concepts.
• Strong understanding of GRC, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience using JavaScript and jQuery for customizations.
• Familiarity with CMDB systems.
• Ability to work independently in structured, change-controlled environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
