Description

Lead the enterprise network security architecture, serving as the technical authority for Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Palo Alto NGFW architectures, including zones, segmentation, and remote access VPNs.
• Lead Panorama governance, defining templates, device groups, and architectural standards.
• Maintain architectural oversight for Cisco switching (OSPF/BGP/EIGRP) and Meraki wireless environments.
• Define security architecture standards, SOPs, and diagrams to support audits and compliance efforts.
• Mentor engineers and serve as the escalation point for complex network security issues.

Required Skills

• 10–15+ years of overall network and security experience, including senior engineering or architect roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco enterprise switching, including VLANs, trunking, and routing protocols.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki wireless and DNA Center deployments.
• Proficiency in BGP, EIGRP, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure management.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impact for leadership.

Preferred Skills

• PCNSE or CCNP/CCIE certifications.
• Experience with CISM and cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
