Description

Design and lead enterprise network security architecture for large-scale environments using Palo Alto Networks infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Panorama management platforms.
• Define security strategies and make high-level architecture decisions for enterprise or government networks.
• Integrate Cisco enterprise switching, Meraki wireless, and DNA Center with security designs.
• Lead technical discussions with cross-functional infrastructure teams to ensure seamless network data and security integration.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of overall network and security experience.
• 5+ years in senior engineering, architect, or technical lead roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and enterprise design principles.
• Solid working knowledge of Cisco enterprise switching (Data networks).
• Experience with Cisco Meraki wireless and Cisco DNA Center.
• Proven track record designing security for large enterprise or government environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) and cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, SASE, or Prisma Access.
• PCNSE/PCNSA, CCNP/CCIE, or CISSP/CISM certifications.
