Description

You will manage network security operations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination for SD-WAN initiatives. Your focus is on maintaining accurate dashboards, tracking tasks, and ensuring clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with multiple teams to align on security and operational goals.
• Generate and maintain reporting dashboards, including change management scorecards and raid logs.
• Track tasks from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Produce weekly task reports, user impact assessments, and area reports for leadership review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security or related IT operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in change management processes and RAID log maintenance.
• Ability to analyze user impact and generate clear, concise status reports.
• Background in SD-WAN environments is preferred for BA work.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
