Description

You will design, implement, and manage network security technologies across data centers, offices, and edge environments. You will own the security infrastructure lifecycle, from appliance maintenance to automation-driven deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage network security services for multi-region infrastructure, including data centers and edge locations.
• Operate and maintain security appliances (Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper), handling software upgrades, patching, and lifecycle activities.
• Build and manage security infrastructure using DevOps practices and automation tools to minimize manual intervention.
• Support security operations by monitoring, analyzing incidents, and managing vulnerabilities, including evaluating advisories for mitigations.
• Develop and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and documentation while participating in a global on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network security.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing/switching, ACLs, NAT, and DNS.
• Proficiency with automation and DevOps tools: GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, Jenkins, Jinja2, and YAML.
• Experience with network security platforms such as Cisco ASA/FTD, FortiGate, or Juniper SRX.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with cloud network security services and connectivity in AWS and Azure.
• Ability to work independently in a global virtual team with strong analytical and multitasking skills.
