Description

Design, automate, and manage network security infrastructure across global data centers, offices, and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain network security appliances (Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper) including upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Build and manage security infrastructure using DevOps practices, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual intervention.
• Support security operations including monitoring, analysis, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Evaluate security advisories and provide timely recommendations and mitigations.
• Develop and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and documentation for ongoing support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network security.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing/switching, ACLs, NAT, and DNS.
• Experience with network security platforms: Cisco ASA/FTD, FortiGate, or Juniper SRX.
• Proficiency in automation and IaC: GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, Jenkins, Jinja2, YAML.
• Familiarity with cloud network security services and connectivity in AWS and Azure.
• Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to participate in a global follow-the-sun on-call support rotation.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP Security), Fortinet (FCA/FCSS/NSE), CISSP, or GIAC.
