You will engineer and maintain secure data networks across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data security networks based on organizational requirements.
• Lead migrations of legacy network security platforms to next-generation technologies.
• Develop and manage comprehensive design documentation from initial design through acceptance.
• Assist internal groups with capacity planning, monitoring, and review of secure communications networks.
• Troubleshoot critical problems and remediation tasks related to network security products.

Required Skills

• 10 years of CONUS technical experience in IT networking and network security.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Active Palo Alto Networks PCNSA or Network Security Professional Certification.
• Active Cisco CCNP Enterprise or Security Certification.
• 5 years experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW, IDS/IPS, Content Filtering, VPNs, DLP, and TLS/SSL Inspection.
• 4 years experience in Cisco switching, routing, and wireless.
• 3 years experience with A10 networks for Reverse Proxies and Load Balancing.
• 2 years experience with Cisco ISE, Free Radius, and ACLs.
• Experience implementing multifactor authentication using Microsoft solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based virtual networking and security services.
• Knowledge of authentication standards, including 802.1x.
• Proficiency with scalable routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and micro-segmentation.
• Experience with Certificate Management and PKI.
• Vulnerability management using Nessus, NMAP, Windows, Unix, and Linux OS.
• Packet/Protocol Analysis using Wireshark, Riverbed, and taps.
• Ability to mentor junior associates and produce technical documentation.
