You will engineer and maintain secure network infrastructure, handling design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer network security implementations based on organizational requirements.
• Perform project-based engineering, design, installation, and troubleshooting of secure data networks.
• Develop graphical and text-based design documentation for secure networking environments.
• Manage the implementation process from design through final acceptance.
• Assist with capacity planning, monitoring, maintenance, and review of secure data communications networks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in IT networking and network security.
• Active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise or CCNP Security Certification.
• Active Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) or Network Security Professional Certification.
• Ability to produce technical documentation, diagrams, project plans, and schedules.
• Experience leading or assisting migrations from legacy network security platforms to next-generation technologies.
• Proficiency in assisting network engineers with troubleshooting critical security incidents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• 10 years of CONUS technical experience in IT networking and network security.
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) Certification.
