Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls in enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and related security solutions.
• Perform firewall policy creation, modification, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage VPN technologies, including Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN.
• Configure and troubleshoot IPSec and SSL VPNs.
• Implement and manage security policies, NAT, routing, security zones, and access controls.
• Monitor network security events and investigate connectivity and security issues.
• Perform firewall upgrades, migrations, configurations, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and security-related issues.
• Work with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and static routing.
• Analyze firewall logs and traffic flows to identify and resolve issues.
• Support network segmentation, security zoning, and enterprise security architecture.
• Participate in firewall migration and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Collaborate with Network, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Develop and maintain network security documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Follow security standards, change-management procedures, and enterprise security policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 - 10+ years of experience in Network Security / Firewall Engineering.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Must have Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience with Palo Alto Panorama administration and management.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting
