Network Security Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network security controls to protect network infrastructure and data flows.
• Monitor network traffic and security events, investigate incidents, and drive remediation actions.
• Support secure network configuration, access control, and segmentation for hybrid network environments.
• Perform network security assessments and validate security posture through testing and verification.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure security requirements are reflected in network and application integrations.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in network security
• Hands-on experience in securing network infrastructure.
• Experience in network security monitoring and incident investigation.
• Strong understanding of network hardening, access control, and segmentation concepts.
• Experience in security testing and validation of network controls.
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other network security technologies.
• Exposure to application engineering is an added advantage.
