Network Security Engineer

You will secure and optimize network architectures and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate network security architecture migrations from Telnet to SSH.
• Perform network security enhancements for virtual test integration.
• Contribute to OS migrations from RHEL 5 to RHEL 8.
• Maintain efficient deployments and pipelines using CI/CD tools, scripting, and DevOps practices.
• Estimate work requirements and collaborate with developers to deliver results.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of network engineering experience with an emphasis on security protocols.
• Experience converting remote access protocols from Telnet to SSH.
• Strong grasp of SSH Certificate-Based Authentication.
• Linux OS and command line proficiency (CentOS, Alma, RHEL).
• Python scripting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification.
