Description

Manage and deliver IT security services for managed customers, serving as the senior technical escalation point for complex network security issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues at L2 and L3 levels.
• Implement change requests and manage security policies for managed customers.
• Provide technical mentorship to L1 and L2 security analysts.
• Develop and maintain operational process documentation and training materials.
• Analyze and implement new technologies to improve security products and services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience with significant experience managing professional teams.
• Expertise in Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Multi-Domain Security Management and ASA policy management (ACLs, Objects, policies).
• Deep knowledge of Site-to-Site VPN, Remote VPN, and Proxies.
• Proven experience in security policy development, network penetration testing, and application vulnerability assessments.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, and system administration.
• Experience with Problem and Change Management processes.
• Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 17799/27002 and FERPA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced certifications in Check Point, Cisco, or Fortinet.
• Exposure to Palo Alto and Juniper products.
