Description

•        Mainly involves troubleshooting and implementation of Network Security Solutions at customer environments
•        Attending to the technical issues of the assigned tickets of customers over a remote session or on-site depending on the criticality
•        Follow-up and updating the status of the assigned tickets
•        Preparing implementation document, architectural diagram and Knowledge Transfer for the customer
•        Upskilling to ensure steady growth to the self and company

About you:
·        3-5 years of hands on experience as Network Security Engineer in Unified Threat Management (UTM), Switches, Routers, Access Points, etc.
·        Must have working experience in any of these Firewalls like FortiGate, SonicWALL, Sophos, Palo Alto, Checkpoint etc.
·        Must have working experience on the following: IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Dynamic routing, URL filtering, Application control, Gateway Antivirus and IPS
·        Knowledge and experience in Network Access Control (NAC) solutions
·        Good knowledge of Networking and Network security are added advantages
·        Good written and verbal communication skills is a must
·        Any bachelor’s degree with CCNA/CCNP Certification would be preferred
