Description

You will manage and secure network infrastructure through firewall administration, VPN implementation, and switch configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls including Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point, Cisco, and SonicWALL.
• Maintain Palo Alto Panorama M-100, including version upgrades, and manage firewalls in HA Active-Passive or Active-Active modes.
• Implement and manage VPN solutions including Remote VPN, SSL VPN, and IPSec VPN.
• Configure Cisco switches and implement switching protocols such as STP, RSTP, MST, HSRP, and VRRP.
• Handle incident management during network upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
• Expertise in Check Point Firewall R80.20, including HA configuration and URL filtering.
• Proficiency with NAT, ACL, HTTPS Inspection, and Threat Prevention.
• Experience configuring Global Protect VPN, LDAP authentication profiles, and DMZ server access.
• Deep knowledge of switching protocols: VTP, DTP, PAGP, LACP, PVST+, and MST.
• Strong understanding of routed protocols (IPv4, IPv6) and Ethernet, EtherChannel, and VLANs.
• Technical proficiency with DHCP, Telnet, SSH, CDP, FTP, DNS, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Ability to use ManageEngine and Wireshark for network analysis and monitoring.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
• Fortinet NSE 4 or above, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, or Cisco CCNP Security.
