Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security infrastructure, including routing, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Support and administer Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and related infrastructure.
Work with a broad range of Cisco products, including Cisco ASRs, Cisco Wireless Controllers, and other enterprise networking platforms.
Diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
Manage and prioritize support tickets while delivering timely issue resolution.
Perform physical commissioning, deployment, decommissioning, and relocation of network equipment and servers.
Provide general IT support for end users, including hardware, software, connectivity, and system troubleshooting.
Assist with conference room technology and Audio/Visual equipment troubleshooting.
Support day-to-day office technology operations and general IT-related tasks.
Document configurations, procedures, and support activities.
CCNP certification with 1-2 years of professional networking experience, or
5-6 years of hands-on network engineering experience in lieu of certification.
Strong troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and wireless technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise Cisco networking environments.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to perform hands-on physical work involving network and server equipment.
Experience troubleshooting Audio/Visual systems.
Crestron experience is a plus.
Experience working in mixed infrastructure environments supporting both network operations and end-user IT needs.
Familiarity with server hardware installation, maintenance, and decommissioning activities
