Description

You will provide technical support and security management for network infrastructure and security products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and security issues.
• Manage and maintain security products including firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS, anti-spam, and virus scanning tools.
• Support L2/L3 switches and various routing protocols.
• Operate within Windows, UNIX, or Linux environments to maintain system integrity.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role within networking or security.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with L2/L3 switches.
• Proficiency with firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS, anti-spam, and virus scanning technologies.
• Extensive working knowledge of UNIX and Linux.
• Extensive working knowledge of Windows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous Managed Security Service (MSS) experience supporting security products.
