Description

You will maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security infrastructure, including routing, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco networking technologies, including ASRs, routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets while delivering timely issue resolution.
• Perform physical commissioning, deployment, decommissioning, and relocation of network equipment and servers.
• Document configurations, procedures, and support activities.

Required Skills

• CCNP certification with 1-2 years of experience, or 5-6 years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and wireless technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise Cisco networking environments.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform hands-on physical work involving network and server equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting Audio/Visual systems, including Crestron.
• Experience working in mixed infrastructure environments supporting network operations and end-user IT needs.
