Description

You will manage firewall policies and ensure network compliance within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure firewall policies based on submitted access requests.
• Perform problem determination and resolution for Check Point and Palo Alto firewall policies.
• Conduct firewall policy auditing and compliance reviews using Tufin.
• Update firewall rules and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Check Point and/or Palo Alto firewall systems in a large enterprise setting.
• Direct experience with enterprise firewall policy management.
• Proven ability to perform firewall policy reviews, audits, and remediation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Check Point or Palo Alto certifications.
• Experience with VMWare NSX Distributed firewalls.
• Experience using Tufin for policy management and compliance.
• Automation experience using Python and Terraform for rule creation and reporting.
