Description

Key Responsibilities:

 • Execute hands-on activities related to the required platforms, tools, and technologies.

 • Analyze technical issues, incidents, logs, alerts, and platform behavior to support troubleshooting and resolution.

 • Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, and client representatives to deliver stable and secure operations. 

• Document findings, support procedures, configurations, and technical recommendations.

 • Participate in implementation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement activities. 

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Required Qualifications: 

• Firewall platforms (Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Cisco ASA/FTD), Web Proxy (Zscaler, Forcepoint/Websense, Blue Coat/Symantec ProxySG), TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAT, load balancing, traffic/log analysis, Python, PowerShell, troubleshooting, communication. 

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities. 

• Ability to work independently as a specialist and collaboratively as part of a larger technical team.

• Advanced English communication skills are required
