Description

You will own the technical security and leadership of large-scale network deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable security solutions and create configuration templates for firewalls and security devices.
• Configure policies and access controls to ensure data protection.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot second and third-level network issues.
• Standardize switch and router configuration settings across various hardware and software platforms.
• Manage network moves, additions, changes, and decommissionings while predicting technical impact.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of related network security experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, ideally Computer Science.
• Advanced expertise in TCP/IP networking concepts and Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols.
• Expertise with Palo Alto (3k/5k/7k series) and Cisco ASA security appliances, both hardware and virtual.
• Mastery of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, TCP, UDP, NAT, HSRP/VRRP, VRF, QoS, Ethernet, and multicast.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco 9500/9300, Arista 7xxx series switches, and routers.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including RADIUS and LDAP.
• Experience with Network Management Systems (EMS/NMS) and packet tracing/sniffing tools.

Preferred Skills

• Palo Alto Panorama, Log Collectors, Cloud-based firewalls, and VPNs.
• Cisco ASA VPN appliances.
• Splunk or SIEM tools.
