Description

You will own network security engineering and implementation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Separate Production and Non-Production environments using Illumio Policy Inventory workloads and assign Illumio labels.
• Define segmentation rulesets using labels and IP lists.
• Apply security policies in stages, testing, validating, and refining them.
• Validate network security vulnerabilities and provide remediation guidance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of network security controls and tools, specifically Illumio.
• Experience with WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency in Routing and Switching concepts, aligning with CCNP R&S or CCIE Security knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall and Security Solutions (NGFW, NAC, IDS/IPS, etc.).
• Familiarity with Cloud and Virtualization Security principles, including ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
• Ability to analyze and respond to security incidents effectively.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ITIL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tenable Vulnerability Management.
