Description

You will manage and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, focusing on Cisco LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and security appliances.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 incidents involving Cisco LAN/WAN, Firewalls, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Infoblox for traffic management and security.
• Manage routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and MPLS networks, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex network issues and maintain detailed problem records.
• Support on-call rotations for high-priority issues and ensure continuous network health monitoring.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Level 2 Network Operations or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela/Meraki) and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Proficiency in F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) traffic management, including load balancing and persistence.
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and Infoblox DNS management.
• Knowledge of Layer 7 protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) and SSL/TLS termination.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual WAN) and monitoring tools (Datadog, ThousandEyes).
• Experience with Cisco DNAC and advanced routing protocols like ISIS.
