Description

You will provide technical expertise on Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies to help customers and partners maximize product potential. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions. You will serve as a customer advocate, driving product adoption by influencing the roadmap and identifying innovative use cases. You will ensure customers maximize their investment by implementing and operationalizing solutions to achieve security objectives rapidly. You will partner with account teams to deliver high-visibility delivery strategies, technical account plans, and product-level success plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies to ensure customers maximize product potential.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions.
• Drive product adoption by influencing the roadmap and identifying innovative use cases.
• Implement and operationalize solutions to help customers achieve security objectives rapidly.
• Deliver high-visibility delivery strategies and technical account plans alongside account teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional services.
• Working knowledge of NGFW security platforms.
• Experience with Enterprise network products including routers, switches, servers, wireless, and monitoring.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong ability to interact with client teams at various technical and non-technical levels.

Preferred Skills

• Network Security certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
• Experience in customer escalations, account management, and project management.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
