Description

Lead and manage multiple IT infrastructure and security projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and analytical support to project teams, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing technical projects, particularly in IT infrastructure and security.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (PMI) certification.
• Lean & Six Sigma or Agile certifications.
