You will provision, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, virtualization systems, and security controls for the enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and support Cisco network environments including routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and security infrastructure.
• Provision and deploy Proxmox-based virtualization systems and prebuilt virtual machines.
• Install, commission, and maintain physical servers, network switches, and supporting hardware.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security; troubleshoot connectivity, firewall, and infrastructure issues.
• Manage Cisco ASR routers and wireless controllers, perform firmware updates, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills

• 3-4+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise networks and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking education and experience.
• Experience provisioning and supporting virtualized environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment and handling physical hardware installation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Proxmox virtualization platforms.
• Exposure to firewall administration and network security best practices.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for infrastructure administration.
