Description

You will manage firewall security operations and support cloud transition initiatives. You own the full lifecycle of firewall rule management, from risk identification to remediation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and review risks associated with existing firewall rules.
• Remediate firewall rules to ensure ongoing security compliance.
• Develop automation for firewall rule management using Python.
• Engage directly with customers to handle firewall rule requests.
• Support the ongoing cloud migration initiative.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficiency in Python for coding and automation.
• Experience using Splunk for security monitoring.
• Experience with AlgoSec.
• Background in firewall rule architecture and analysis.
• Direct customer support experience.
• Healthcare firewall security experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
