Description

You will design, deploy, and manage network security solutions within large-scale data center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access controls.
• Manage routing and switching technologies across enterprise networks.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
• Perform risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits.
• Support compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2 standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewall platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, and STP.
• Experience with IDS/IPS, VPNs, NAC, and load balancers.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools and log analysis such as Splunk or QRadar.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, micro-segmentation, and network segmentation.
• Working knowledge of Python, Bash, or Ansible for automation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications including CCNP Security, CISSP, CEH, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Fortinet NSE.
• Experience with cloud networking and security in AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
