Description

You will ensure secure connectivity, identity continuity, and infrastructure stability for Day 1 readiness in the client environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain identity platforms (Okta, PingID) and implement SSO/federation for cross-organization applications.
• Establish secure network connectivity using VPN or Direct Connect between organizations.
• Ensure laptops and office IT/AV infrastructure are ready for Day 1 operations.
• Support ITSM setup and manage escalation paths for new users.
• Maintain DevOps pipelines and cloud environments without causing service disruption.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years in infrastructure or IT operations.
• Experience with identity management systems.
• Proven experience with enterprise networking technologies.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Familiarity with Network Security and Cyber Security principles.
• Hands-on experience with SSO and VPN technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and Docker.
