Description

You will provide technical support and preventive maintenance to resolve customer system faults and maintain network security infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and advice to address customer inquiries.
• Resolve system faults and perform network troubleshooting across multiple technologies.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for customer environments.
• Manage equipment inventory and coordinate hardware repairs with vendors.
• Participate in a standby duty roster to provide 24x7 support.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in product deployment, maintenance, or support operations.
• Experience with security solutions such as Firewalls, Log Management, 2-Factor Authentication, IPS, or Proxy.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Willingness to work on a 24x7 standby roster.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 2 or 3 major security solution products.
