Description

You will maintain network security infrastructure, resolve system faults, and provide technical support for customer environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve system faults and perform network troubleshooting across multiple technologies.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and manage equipment inventory.
• Provide technical consulting to address customer inquiries and coordinate hardware repairs with vendors.
• Participate in a 24x7 standby duty roster to ensure continuous support.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in product deployment, maintenance, or support operations.
• Experience with security solutions including Firewalls, Log Management, 2-Factor Authentication, IPS, or Proxy.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting and strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc assignments and manage equipment inventory.
• Willingness to work on a 24x7 standby roster.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 2 or 3 major security solution products.
