Description

You will manage and troubleshoot network security infrastructure in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage firewall, proxy, URL filtering, IDS/IPS, and WAF technologies.
• Perform L3/L4 level troubleshooting and reporting for security products.
• Implement and maintain Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) projects.
• Manage Cisco ISE and RSA Secure ID environments.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in cyber security support.
• Hands-on administration of Zscaler ZPA and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
• Experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with Cloudflare WAF.
• Proficiency with Cisco ISE and RSA Secure ID.
• Familiarity with cloud security controls and virtual firewalls.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve analytical problems.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 foundation certification.
• CCNA, CCNA Security, CCSP, or Palo Alto (ACE/PCNSE) certifications.
