Description

You will implement and maintain security controls across operational technology (OT) sites in the U.S.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Cisco Firepower appliances in transparent and routed modes for OT network segmentation.
• Replace unmanaged OT switches with Meraki switches and configure them for VLAN segmentation.
• Configure and troubleshoot OT traffic flows to maintain secure communication across segmented networks.
• Document configurations, site findings, and implementation details in technical reports.
• Assist with rack-and-stack activities and replacement of Access Points during site upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Firepower appliances (transparent and routed modes).
• Experience configuring Meraki switches for logical VLAN segmentation.
• Proficiency with Cisco SD-WAN integration and validating failover.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework for OT environments.
• Experience operating in OT environments (manufacturing, utilities, or critical infrastructure).
• Ability to travel extensively across the U.S. (up to 90%).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC Security, or ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience with wireless infrastructure and AP deployments.
• Familiarity with physical security controls in industrial environments.
