Description

You will provide Level 2 network security support and manage cloud-based security infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for firewalls, proxies, DDoS, and IPS/IDS.
• Manage incidents and patching for zScaler and Fortinet.
• Act as the escalation point for Azure NSG-related issues.
• Lead major incident calls and conduct root cause analysis.
• Implement security changes and lifecycle projects while monitoring production system availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Network Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure NSG, zScaler, and Fortinet.
• Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with Windows Server, networking, load balancing, and storage.
• Experience working in global 24/7 support environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Fortinet and zScaler.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SOC compliance, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with PowerShell automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
