Description

You will serve as a senior-level escalation point and hands-on technical owner for security infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Own security infrastructure support by solving complex issues and suggesting design modifications.
• Perform proactive troubleshooting, capacity planning, and root cause analysis for security platforms.
• Execute change controls, monitor environments, and automate operational tasks to improve robustness.
• Manage 24/7/365 mission-critical network operations, including incident resolution and bridge communication.
• Analyze statistical data and packet captures to develop network security improvement plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Network or Telecommunications role.
• Expertise with Fortinet technologies including Fortinet Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Deep experience with SD-WAN, VPN, and Proxy management.
• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Switching, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS VPN, and IOS-XR.
• Proficiency with Cisco VPN, AnyConnect, Aruba ClearPass, and Aruba GNAC.
• Hands-on experience performing TCP/IP network traces and packet captures using Wireshark.
• Strong background in IDS/IPS and NAC management.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relations to drive incident resolution.
• Experience working in virtual, multi-cultural teams across multiple geographical regions.
