Description

Senior technical lead for security infrastructure and cloud-native network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own security infrastructure support by resolving complex issues and proposing design modifications.
• Manage performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, capacity planning, and Root Cause Analysis for security platforms.
• Automate operational tasks to simplify processes and improve environment stability.
• Act as the senior-level escalation point for cloud security operations to resolve critical incidents.
• Maintain change controls, process documentation, and global weekly/monthly trending reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network or Telecommunications roles.
• Expert-level experience with Routing, Switching, Firewall Management, Proxy, IDS/IPS, NAC, SD-WAN, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies including FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Fortinet Firewalls, and Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Experience with Azure Enterprise-scale reference architecture and Azure cloud native security tools.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaS) using ARM, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, AZ CLI, Bicep, or JSON templates.
• Working experience with public or hybrid cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, Oracle, or AWS.
• Ability to design architecture patterns for public cloud and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with GitHub and managing heterogeneous environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party firewalls deployed in cloud environments.
