Own security infrastructure support and resolve complex technical issues within a 24/7/365 mission-critical environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive troubleshooting, performance analysis, and capacity planning for security platforms.
• Manage change controls, update process documentation, and automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Execute complex maintenance, deployment activities, and root cause analysis for network incidents.
• Execute and analyze packet captures using Wireshark to troubleshoot application communication and network issues.
• Monitor statistical data to develop improvement plans and generate weekly/monthly trending reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network or Telecommunications roles.
• Expertise in Fortinet technologies including Fortinet Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, VPN (Cisco AnyConnect), and Proxy Management.
• Deep knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, and Multicast.
• Proficiency in IDS/IPS Management and NAC Management using Aruba ClearPass or Aruba GNAC.
• Ability to perform TCP/IP network traces and interpret packet captures via Wireshark.
• Bachelor's degree.
