Description

You will manage and secure enterprise-level firewall infrastructure and network connectivity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot firewall platforms and application connectivity.
• Analyze network traffic using packet traces to resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Manage network escalations and maintain high standards of customer handling.
• Create, review, and maintain operational documentation and training for support teams.
• Execute enterprise-level projects using established project management practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security and firewall administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Fortinet, ASA, Palo Alto, or Checkpoint platforms.
• Hands-on experience with routing protocols and next-gen features like IPS and application detection.
• Deep understanding of the OSI Model, TCP/IP, and general network design.
• Proficiency in packet trace and analysis for troubleshooting.
• Experience with Load Balancing and routing configurations.
• Knowledge of DNS, TLS, and SMTP (RFC 821/5321) standards.
• Intermediate Linux Sysadmin experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level projects and technical escalations.
