Lead end-to-end network security architecture and operational frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage network security architecture including NGFWs, VPNs, SD-WAN, segmentation, and hybrid connectivity.
• Define and evolve Zero Trust and SASE security frameworks across the enterprise environment.
• Manage MSP teams responsible for network operations, monitoring, and incident response.
• Implement AI/ML automation for network visibility, threat detection, and configuration management.
• Drive governance for firewall, proxy, and VPN administration while enforcing policy and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in network security or infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years in architectural or MSP leadership roles.
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS, SSL/TLS, PKI, and hybrid cloud networking.
• Experience with automation tools including Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall, VPN, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Demonstrated vendor management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, and AIOps models.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP/CCIE Security, PCNSE, CISSP, or AWS/Azure Networking certifications.
