Description

You will manage and support complex network security environments, serving as the primary technical escalation point for L2 support and leading incident, change, and problem management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain network security solutions across customer environments.
• Manage 24x7 on-call support for high-severity incidents and drive problem closure.
• Perform system maintenance, health checks, upgrades, and patching for security platforms.
• Conduct rule set reviews and propose technical or process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and use internal tools for configuration backups and reporting.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of dedicated Network Security administration experience.
• Deep expertise in Palo Alto firewall technologies.
• Proficiency with Prisma SASE solutions and F5 technologies.
• Strong AWS networking knowledge.
• CCIE Routing & Switching (R&S) certification.
• Proven ability to manage steady-state operations and optimize tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-vendor security ecosystems.
• Background in enterprise-scale incident response.
