Lead network services operations, architecture, and team performance in St. Louis, MO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of network teams and define staff performance expectations.
• Architect highly available data center network designs and manage wireless mesh environments.
• Develop network systems strategies, including technology selection and cost-benefit analyses.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and annual capital and expense budgets.
• Ensure network stability by enforcing corporate information standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large, global network environments.
• Proven expertise in the architecture, design, and implementation of WANs and LANs.
• Deep understanding of MPLS architecture and optimization technologies like Riverbed Steelheads.
• Technical proficiency with Check Point Firewalls, including zoning and segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of VPN technology and wireless guest authentication systems.
• Hands-on experience with IP address subnetting and public IP space administration.
• Competency in network monitoring fabric, SIEMs, and Internet usage reporting tools.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility projects and implementing ITIL practices.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally with a valid U.S. passport.
