Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for large-scale enterprise network design and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale networks across multiple technology vendors and environments.
• Administer network hardware, virtualization, and routing protocols.
• Present network designs, articulate technical risks, and facilitate decision-making with senior stakeholders.
• Drive enterprise-level initiatives across different regions and cultures.
• Apply security concepts including defense in depth, zero trust, and least privilege principles to multi-tier architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in Ethernet technologies: STP, 802.1Q, VPC, and Multilayer Switching.
• Experience with Leaf-Spine IP Fabric and IP Routing: RIP, OSPF, BGP, MPBGP, and TCP/IP.
• Proficiency in Multicast routing: PIM, IGMP, and MSDP.
• Hands-on experience with VXLAN.
• Platform knowledge of Cisco Nexus 9000 Series and Arista switching platforms.
• Working knowledge of Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NXOS, IOS-XR, and Arista EOS.
• Strong understanding of SDN, SDWAN, and DMVPN.
• Knowledge of public cloud, Kubernetes, storage over IP, and VMware.

Preferred Skills

• CCIE or equivalent certification.
• Scripting and automation experience using Python and Ansible.
