Description

You will act as a subject matter expert providing onsite network support and infrastructure management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, including bandwidth usage, latency, and uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, hardware failures, and configuration errors.
• Configure and set up routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Perform routine maintenance including IOS upgrades and hardware refreshes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Routing protocols: BGP (including BGP Communities), OSPF, and EIGRP.
• LAN and WAN connectivity design.
• Cisco Router hardware: ASR and ISR.
• Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switching: N5k, N7k, C9200, C9300, C9500.
• Cisco DMVPN and Zscaler Cloud configuration.
• Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points.
• Cisco ISE analysis and integration with WLC and EAP TLS Authentication.
• Monitoring tools: SolarWinds.
• Ticketing tools: Service-Now.

Preferred Skills

• F5 load balancer, Infoblox, Splunk, ThousandEyes, or Meraki.
