You will design, stabilize, and secure enterprise network infrastructure as the subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and stabilization of customer network infrastructure, identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
• Support 24x7 network operations, maintaining 99.99% availability with defined disaster recovery targets (RPO: 30 min, RTO: 48 hrs).
• Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards such as DISA and CIS.
• Rationalize software and circuit spend while improving SLA performance and reducing administrative overhead.
• Maintain detailed network documentation and lead governance efforts across hardware, software, and service contracts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience with networking technologies including Cisco, Zscaler, CheckPoint, and F5.
• Strong command of core protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with AWS and Azure networking environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, logging, and failure notification systems.
• Knowledge of wireless infrastructure, including WAPs, AV livestream devices, and Crestron units.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.
• CCNP and CCIE certifications.
